Zachary Oates
Born and raised in Sunraysia, Zach is proud to be raising his young family in the region he has always called home. His career has been dedicated to achieving fairness and justice for regional communities. Beginning in policing, Zach worked to protect and support local people before moving into federal service with the Inspector-General of Water Compliance, where he played a key role in improving transparency and access to one of our most critical resources, water.
Today, as Operations Manager of Connect Family Law in Mildura’s City Heart precinct, Zach continues this commitment by ensuring families have access to fair and compassionate legal support. Alongside his professional work, he has contributed to community organisations such as Sunraysia Volleyball and the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers. With a passion for innovation and collaboration, Zach is dedicated to supporting a thriving, connected future for Mildura City Heart.
