1. Eligibility

This Promotional Offer is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over unless otherwise specified. Employees of Mildura City Heart Inc., Board members, and associated agencies are not eligible to participate. Employees of participating Mildura City Heart businesses may enter, excluding purchases made from their place of employment.

2. Offer Period

The promotion begins at 9:00am on Monday, 1st June 2026 and ends at 12:00pm on Saturday, 27th June 2026.

3. How to Participate

To enter the draw:

• Make an instore purchase of $10.00 or more at a participating Mildura City Heart business during the Promotion Period.
• You will receive an entry form with each eligible transaction.
• Complete at least the first four fields on the entry form and attach a valid receipt or have it verified by the business.
• Submit the completed entry form as instructed by the business.

Additional Conditions:

• Multiple entries permitted.
• Only original or business-verified receipts will be accepted. No photocopies or duplicates.
• Online, takeaway, and click-and-collect purchases are ineligible.
• Purchases of groceries, lotto tickets, alcohol, cigarettes, or gift cards do not qualify for entry.

4. Prize Draw Conditions

• Prizes range from $100 to $1,000 in Mildura City Heart Gift Cards.
• Draws will be conducted Monday to Saturday after 4:00pm on weekdays and 12:00pm on Saturdays.
• All valid entries remain in the pool for subsequent draws unless drawn.
• Final draw will occur on Saturday, 27th June 2026.
• Winners will be notified by phone and published in stories on the Mildura City Heart Facebook and Instagram pages on the day of being drawn.
• If the winner is under 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when collecting the prize.
• Prizes must be collected and spent within 4 months of the draw date or they will be forfeited.
• Mailing of the prize is available at the winner’s expense.

5. Use of Gift Cards

• Gift cards are governed by the standard Mildura City Heart Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
• Cards must be swiped via EFTPOS in participating businesses.
• Not redeemable online or through platforms like Square, Shopify, or via tap/insert.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. General

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at its sole discretion.
• All entries become the property of Mildura City Heart Inc.

7. Privacy

By participating, entrants agree to the use of their personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion, in accordance with the Mildura City Heart Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties and may be used for future marketing by Mildura City Heart only.
By entering, winners consent to their name being published by the Promoter on social media, websites, media releases, and promotional materials, as required by law.
